The beaches of Kos are among the most beautiful beaches found in the Dodecanese. Most of them are sandy beaches with crystal blue waters. Thermes Beach Kos: Thermes is one of the most idyllic places to visit in Kos. It is a beautiful sandy beach surrounded by steep cliffs and clean dark waters, known for its hot springs. It is located 12kms from Kos town. In front of the beach lies the famous sea-pool with the hot springs, a round lake hidden behind large boulders. In this pool, hot water mixes with sea water offering a natural warm bath.
