Check-in & Check-out

1. What time is check-in and check-out?
The check-in starts at 15:00 and the check-out time is by 11:00.
2. How much is the climate resilience fee?
It is 15 Euros per room per night (2025 information)  and payable upon arrival to the reception.
3. Do you offer a late check-out? What is the additional cost?
We offer late check out upon availability, please check the availability and rate with the reception.
4. Is there food available for late arrivals?
For all inclusive guests there is late supper until 00.00 in the main restaurant.
5. Can we use hotel facilities after the check-out?
Yes, you can use the hotel facilities until you leave and there is a luggage room for your luggage and a shower room available.

Wi-Fi & Hotel application

1. Is there wi-fi in the hotel?
Yes, we do provide Wi-Fi in all public areas and in the rooms free of charge
2. How do I connect to the Wi-Fi?
You receive a secret code upon check-in
3. How do I download the application?
Once you connect to WiFi, you will get a prompt to download the Hotel App

Rooms & Amenities

1. What facilities you provide in the room?
All the rooms include individual air-conditioning unit, LCD TV, free safe box, direct dial telephone, free Wi-Fi, coffee & tea making facilities, Illy espresso machine, mini fridge, first-rate bed mattress, quality pillows, cotton linen, large cotton towels and cotton beach towels, bathrobes & slippers, shower / WC, hairdryer, bath amenities
2. Are there coffee capsules in the room?
Yes
3. Is the bottled water in the room
Yes there is a big bottle of water in the room upon arrival.
4. How often are the rooms cleaned?
The rooms are cleaned daily, the towels are changed daily and the linen 3 times per week.

Hotel Facilities

1. Is there an ATM on site?
There is an ATM next to the hotel's mini market
2. Is there a mini market on site?
Yes, close to the Club Suites area

Beach & Pools

1. Do you provide beach/pool towels?
Yes, these are free of charge. They can be changed daily at the pool area.
2. Are the pools heated?
No, the  pools are not heated.
3. What are the opening hours of the pools?
The pools are open daily 10-18.
4. Which facilities are there on the beach?
The beach has free sunbeds and umbrellas.

Restaurant Reservations

1. Do we need to make a reservation for the a la carte restaurant in advance?
Yes, a reservation is required. You can make the reservation via the Hotel App or at the reception
2. Is there a restriction on the number of times we can book?
Yes, you can eat in the a la carte restaurant once. Please note that a visit in the a la carte Restaurant requires a 7 nights stay.
3. We have children, can we book in all the restaurants?
Yes you can visit all the restaurants.
4. Do you provide Room Service?
No, there is no room service.
5. Can guests take food up to their room?
No, this is not allowed.
6. Is there a dress code policy?
Yes, the dress code is smart casual.

Sports & Spa Treatments

1. Are there tennis courts in the hotel?
The hotel guests can use the courts in the sister hotel Michelangelo Resort & Spa free of charge. Please reserve this at Dimitra Beach reception.
2. Do you provide the equipment?
Yes, we have equipment for you. You can rent them against deposit from the reception.
3. Where can we book spa treatments?
You can book these from the reception. In Dimitra Beach there is an outdoor Spa for massage. Any other treatments are available in the sister hotel Michelangelo Resort & Spa against extra charge.
4. Where can we see the menu for the treatments?
You can see this on our website or in the Hotel App.
6. Is there a sauna or steam room in the hotel?
The guests can use these in the sister hotel. There is an entrance fee of 15 Euros to the indoor pool and the saunas and a reservation is required.

Allergies & Special Diet

1. Do you cater for a Gluten Free diet?
Yes, we do cater for a gluten free diet.
2. What is the procedure with allergies and special diets, after I arrive in the hotel?
Please mention this at the reception upon check-in, in order to fill in an allergy form.
3. Do you have options for vegetarians?
Yes there are always options for vegetarians.
4. Do you cater for vegans?
Yes, we do cater for vegans also.

Requests & Upgrades

1. Do you offer room upgrades?
Yes, we do offer room upgrades with additional charge and subject to availability.
2. When can I upgrade?
You can check the options with the reception upon arrival.

Care for Infants

1. Do you provide baby cots?
Yes, we provide a baby cot free of charge in the room for all reservations with a child under 2 years of age.
2. Do you provide a bottle warmer/ sterilizer in the room/hotel?
No, unfortunately we do not provide these.
3. Does the hotel mini market provide diapers?
Yes, there are diapers available.
4. Does the hotel provide special meals for babies?
There are always boiled vegetables or vegetable puree in the buffet. If you require something else, please contact the restaurant maitre for this.

Disabled Facilities

1. Do you provide rooms for guests with disabilities?
No, the hotel does not have adapted rooms.
2. Is the hotel area suited for wheelchair usage?
No, we do not recommend it for guests with a wheelchair as the hotel is built on a hill and has a lot of steps to go to the pool areas, beach and a la carte restaurants. And there are no ramps available to these areas.
3. Is the hotel suitable for guests with mobility issues?
We do not recommend the hotel for guests with mobility issues, because there are many steps in the hotel area and only the rooms in the main building can be reached with a small elevator.
4. Is there a shower or a bathtub in the room?
All the rooms have a shower.

Low Season & Weather Conditions

1. Are all facilities and restaurants open during low season?
During the beginning and the end of the season it could be that some of the facilities are closed due to low occupancy or bad weather conditions.

1. Do you arrange excursions?
You can find a wide range of excursions from Enjoy Travel in the Hotel App or you can contact reception.
2. Do you allow pets in the hotel?
No, pets are not allowed.
3. Is there a car rental in the hotel?
Yes, we cooperate with Kosmos Rent a Car and their representative is in the lobby area at certain hours.
4. Is there a bike rental in the hotel?
Yes, you can rent a bike from our external partner. Just contact the reception or Guest Relations for this.
